Strike and Submit FAQ's

Q: How do I register?

A: Simply click on register in the top right
corner of www.strikeandsubmit.com , mark
the Remember checkbox to save your
username and password. Once you create
your personal profile, you are registered
and you can begin customizing your own profile.

Q: How do I view SAS videos?

A: Once you have registered, log in with your
user name and password, you now have
access to all the FREE instructional videos
at the Beginner Level. In the SAS techniques
section, click the "Vid" icon to see the SAS
instructor show you that specific technique.

Q: How do I upload my own videos?

A:
In the SAS techniques section, choose your
next move and click on the "New" icon, once
you upload your video it will automatically be
place in the "Me" section awaiting review. The
status (Stat) icon will indicate your video technique
results.

Q: How do I customize my own profile?

A:
On your personal page, you have tools to
add/remove pictures and videos, change your
avatar, manage blogs and manage your team.

Q: Can I invite my friends to join?

A.
Click the Invite Friend tab and enter all your
friends email addresses and a short message.
They will be notified instantly.
 
Q: Where can I chat with other members?

A:
We created a Community where all of our
members can exchange discussions and martial
arts news. This is a great place to meet other
members from around the world and discuss
techniques and MMA news topics.
   
Q: How can I buy gear I need to train?

A:
SAS has all the gear you need in our store.
If you need mats, shorts, gloves or a gi, we
have a great selection of killer gear for all your needs.


Q: How do I get tested?


A: Once you have finished uploading and passing
your Beginner Strike and Submit categories, you
qualify for the Intermediate level techniques
followed by our Advanced level. SAS instructors
will issue grades for all of your video submissions
and verify your belt class. Students enrolled in our
Intermediate to Advanced program will be tested
at regional and national seminars ONLY!
